Digital Ad Sales Trainer

About the role

The Digital Ad Sales Trainer designs and delivers both instructor‑led and eLearning training programs focused on digital advertising sales. You will create courses, assessments, certifications, and manage them through a Learning Management System to drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and virtual training for new hires and experienced staff.
• Design and develop eLearning modules, assessments, and certification pathways.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define training needs and schedule sessions.
• Maintain an enthusiastic learning environment and advise managers on professional development.
• Analyze existing training programs for effectiveness and ROI, and recommend improvements.
• Use the LMS to register participants, run surveys, generate reports, and track analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years experience in digital advertising or digital marketing sales.
• 1+ years experience in sales development or sales training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic.
