About the role

Directive Consulting is seeking a creative and data‑driven Digital Designer to craft high‑impact visual assets for performance‑focused advertising campaigns. Working remotely from Mexico, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to produce static, motion, and video creatives that directly influence key marketing metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Design compelling ad sets, landing pages, and other digital assets backed by performance data.
• Produce motion graphics and short‑form video cutdowns optimized for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Meta.
• Edit existing video assets into high‑performing ad units tailored to platform specifications and audience attention spans.
• Collaborate with media and content teams to align creative output with audience insights and campaign goals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all assets while adapting designs for different audience segments.
• Design and implement A/B tests and experiments using CRO tools like Optimizely, Unbounce, and Crazyegg.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat‑mapping analysis to validate design decisions.
• Iterate continuously based on data and feedback to improve digital marketing KPIs.

Required profile

• Strong design portfolio showcasing static, motion, and video work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an agency environment.
• Ability to work independently and meet fast‑paced deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, and apply data‑driven design principles.

Required skills
