Digital Finance Analyst

About the role

The Digital Finance Analyst supports the financial management and accounting activities of the company’s Digital organization. You will work closely with senior finance team members to monitor spend, maintain master data, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage digital spend across workforce, contractors, software, cloud, and operational expenses.
• Monitor actual spending versus budget and forecast, performing variance analysis.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting cycles.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, allocations, and cross‑charges.
• Support month‑end and quarter‑end close while adhering to internal controls.
• Research and resolve financial discrepancies and maintain audit documentation.
• Apply accounting principles to software, cloud services, and subscription‑based solutions, including capitalization and amortization.
• Maintain and validate financial master data such as cost centers, projects, and funding structures.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Solid foundation in accounting and finance.
• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on variance analysis and forecasting.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset and passion for simplifying and automating processes.
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with accounting, payroll, procurement, and data teams.
