Digital Marketing Representative

About the role

Eastman is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Representative to design, coordinate and control online marketing initiatives that drive traffic and sales to its e‑commerce platform. The role focuses on creating and executing digital strategies across multiple channels while analysing performance data to continuously improve results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement internet marketing strategies for products and brands using email, search engine, social media, display and mobile advertising.
• Analyse online traffic and campaign metrics, recommending actions to boost performance and optimise spend.
• Identify emerging online marketing trends and consumer buying behaviours to refine tactics.
• Oversee creation of e‑marketing content such as e‑newsletters, e‑magazines, website and blog articles, and manage social media accounts.

Required profile

• Experienced professional with solid knowledge of digital marketing disciplines.
• Ability to solve straightforward problems using standard procedures.
• Works with moderate guidance, building knowledge of the organization, processes and customers.
• Impact primarily within the assigned division or site.
