Digital Marketing Specialist B2B – Paid Media, SEO & AI Visibility (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our B2B online presence. You will own the end‑to‑end execution of paid media, SEO, and AI‑driven visibility initiatives, ensuring our brand makes a strong first impression across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Publish and manage website articles and digital assets, continuously improving site structure, performance, and usability.
• Launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Bing, Reddit, and LinkedIn (search and display), handling budget pacing and performance reporting.
• Conduct audience research, keyword and intent analysis, and create segmented audience lists.
• Lead technical, on‑page, and content SEO initiatives, perform keyword research, and track ranking improvements.
• Optimize content for AI‑driven search using SEMrush AI tools and report on emerging visibility opportunities.
• Own the repurposing of long‑form assets into LinkedIn posts, coordinate with designers and social media interns, and maintain a quarterly content calendar.
• Partner with Marketing Operations to build event/webinar landing pages, ensure accurate digital assets, and support cross‑functional campaigns.
• Track performance in Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio; deliver monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience in B2B digital marketing, paid media, and SEO.
• Ability to think several steps ahead, execute with precision, and continuously improve digital performance.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate data into clear insights for marketing and leadership teams.
