Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our hospitality partner’s growing digital team in Monterrey. The role will focus on developing and executing cost‑per‑click (CPC) media strategies, managing budgets, and collaborating across functions to drive campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement paid media strategies and manage media budgets.
• Leverage Google Ads and Meta Ads to run large‑scale campaigns.
• Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Identify and execute optimization opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Apply data‑driven approaches to CPC campaign optimization and budget allocation.
• Collaborate with digital, data, and technology teams.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Monitor and communicate digital and paid‑media trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience.
• At least 3 years hands‑on paid search experience on Google and Meta platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of CPC campaign structures and optimization tactics.
• Proven ability to identify and execute performance‑enhancing optimizations.
• Experience delivering insightful campaign performance analysis.
• Experience managing a large portfolio of campaigns.
• Strong collaboration, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of Google Analytics.
• Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
