Digital Publisher III – Content Management & Localization

About the role

The Digital Publisher III will create, review, and publish engaging content across Herbalife’s digital platforms. You will ensure that all digital assets are up‑to‑date, brand‑aligned, and optimized for user engagement and SEO.

Key responsibilities

• Author, edit, and update content on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other CMS tools.
• Publish, unpublish, and manage the full lifecycle of digital content.
• Tag, organize, and maintain digital assets within the asset management system.
• Process content requests and tasks through Workfront, adhering to defined workflows.
• Handle Phrase translation jobs to localize content for multiple regions.
• Create and manage Workfront proofs for review and approval.
• Perform quality assurance on team output and enforce global publishing standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in content authoring and digital publishing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clear, grammatically correct copy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
