Director Financial Services & YOMP Expansion

About the role

The Director of Financial Services & YOMP Expansion will lead the design, adaptation, planning and launch of financial services and point‑of‑sale solutions across Latin America. Reporting to the Digital Strategy leadership, you will shape the future digital footprint of The Coca Cola Company (TCCC) and build the ecosystem needed to deliver B2B value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a 3‑year business case for financial services and POS initiatives in LATAM.
• Lead negotiations and establish external partnerships, alliances and technology solutions.
• Develop and deliver a comprehensive LATAM business plan, adjusting it based on HQ input and local outcomes.
• Guide the B2B strategy with bottlers, challenging the existing franchise model and driving incremental revenue.
• Supervise external partners and internal teams to design commercial and operational solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading multi‑country teams in B2B, commercial strategy or financial services.
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation and leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate across bottler and KO organizations.
• Data‑driven decision maker with a results‑oriented mindset.
