Director, Inclusion Strategy – LATAM

About the role

Netflix is seeking a senior leader to shape and execute a data‑driven inclusion strategy for Latin America. The Director, Inclusion Strategy – LATAM will partner with regional HR business partners and global inclusion leaders to embed diversity and inclusion into talent and business processes, ensuring a fair and consistent employee experience across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive a sustainable I&D strategy for LATAM, grounded in quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Integrate inclusion principles into core talent systems such as hiring, performance management, promotions, org design, and compensation.
• Use analytics to track representation, identify gaps in engagement, promotions, attrition, and prioritize high‑impact inclusion initiatives.
• Establish success metrics, measure impact, and continuously refine the regional approach.
• Collaborate closely with HRBPs, business leaders, and global partners to deliver locally relevant I&D outcomes.
• Coach leaders to apply an inclusion lens in everyday decisions, positioning inclusion as a core leadership competency.
• Build enduring capabilities and structures that outlast the tenure of the role.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading diversity, equity, and inclusion programs at a regional or global scale.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent partnership and influencing skills across HR and business functions.
• Deep understanding of the cultural and regulatory nuances of Latin American markets.
