About the role

The Grand Hyatt Los Cabos is seeking a strategic and analytical leader to direct its financial strategy. As Director of Finance, you will partner with operations and executive leadership to drive performance, ensure compliance, and support the resort’s international growth.

Key responsibilities

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
Develop and implement cost‑optimization and profitability initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Operations and Executive Leadership to align financial goals with business strategy.
Maintain alignment with corporate financial standards and best practices.

Required profile

Proven experience in a senior finance role within luxury hospitality.
Strong knowledge of financial controls, reporting, and performance management.
Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance and profitability.
Strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on leadership approach.
Advanced English proficiency.
