Director of Learning Strategy (Remote)

About the role

2 Hour Learning is seeking a senior leader to own and operationalize its academic strategy. You will translate evidence‑based learning science into actionable frameworks that drive accelerated student outcomes across diverse school environments. This remote position reports directly to the executive team and serves as the public face of the movement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop academic frameworks that turn learning science into curriculum, motivational design, and application architecture.
• Conduct execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure alignment, accountability, and consistent delivery of results.
• Analyze data, interviews, and observations to produce ecosystem assessments and recommend targeted interventions.
• Establish planning rhythms, feedback mechanisms, and milestone tracking to sustain focus on student learning objectives.
• Represent 2 Hour Learning at high‑profile forums, including keynote presentations and engagements with Ministries of Education.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in academic leadership or EdTech.
• Proven track record of building systems that deliver measurable learning outcomes.
• Experience speaking publicly and influencing education policy or practice.
