Director of Planning & Forecasting – North Zone

About the role

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a senior finance leader to drive planning and forecasting for its North Zone in Mexico. You will own the business plan, forecasting processes, and performance analysis, partnering with cross‑functional leaders across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver local business‑plan insights, assumptions and budget targets.
• Analyze forecasts, run scenario modelling and discuss insights with senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the PS team to execute forecast and P&L scenarios.
• Steward the productivity agenda and manage O&R initiatives in collaboration with Franchise Finance.
• Present actuals, RE and business‑plan updates to OU Finance and zone leadership.
• Ensure alignment across all P&L lines, including volume, shipments, COGS and DMI.
• Lead end‑to‑end financial planning, reporting and category P&L reporting for Mexico.
• Track OPEX, implement controls and provide early‑warning alerts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with at least 10 years of experience in financial planning or commercial finance.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, scenario analysis and budget management.
• Strong collaboration, leadership and communication skills, able to influence senior leaders.
• Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment.
• Exceptional storytelling ability to translate data into clear business insights.
