Director of Supply Chain

About the role

Gymreapers is seeking a senior leader to own the end‑to‑end supply‑chain function in a fast‑growing, multi‑channel environment. The Director of Supply Chain will shape strategy, drive operational excellence and ensure the company can scale sustainably.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive supply‑chain strategy aligned with overall business goals.
• Lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, establishing governance and decision‑making frameworks.
• Maintain a single Plan of Record that synchronises demand, supply, inventory, financial and operational objectives.
• Oversee Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Supplier Operations, Strategic Sourcing and Compliance functions.
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership, Finance, Product Development, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Retail and supplier partners to ensure inventory availability and profitability.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve service levels, operational efficiency and profitability.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large, complex supply‑chain organisations.
• Strong track record of building scalable supply‑chain capabilities and roadmaps.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to balance service levels, inventory investment, supply continuity and growth requirements.
