About the role

We are looking for a passionate primary school teacher to join our international school community in ITJ Valle Real. The successful candidate will create engaging, age‑appropriate lessons and foster a safe, inclusive learning environment for all students.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver curriculum‑aligned lessons for elementary‑aged children.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports diverse learning needs.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources, including educational technology, to reach different learning styles.
• Assess student progress regularly, record results and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Develop classroom routines that promote respect, responsibility and positive behaviour.
• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff and school leadership to enhance the educational experience.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, parent‑teacher conferences and school events.
• Uphold school policies, safeguarding principles and professional standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or licensure for the relevant jurisdiction.
• At least 1–3 years of experience teaching primary‑aged children.
• Experience working with diverse student populations and, preferably, training in special education, literacy or curriculum development.
• Familiarity with the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
