E-Trade Specialist Mexico & North LATAM

About the role

The E-Trade Specialist will lead the e‑Commerce strategy for key marketplaces and clients across Mexico and North LATAM. Partnering with Marketing, Media and Commercial teams, the role drives digital growth aligned with global roadmaps and local market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute e‑Commerce strategies to achieve growth targets on marketplaces and key online customers.
• Coordinate annual commercial moments, peak periods and monthly calendars across categories for strategic online partners.
• Serve as the single point of contact for digital activation and e‑commerce topics, aligning with Sales, Marketing and Digital stakeholders.
• Collaborate with CRM and Media teams to drive online sales and performance.
• Monitor and report on E‑Trade KPIs such as ROAS, conversion rate and sales targets, providing insights to shape category strategies.
• Track external digital, social and e‑commerce trends and propose innovative ideas.
• Manage budget allocation, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital/E‑Commerce, Marketing, Communications or Business (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital/e‑commerce environment or B2C worldwide companies.
• Prior experience in E‑Trade or marketplace operations is highly preferred.
