Elementary Homeroom Teacher

About the role

San Roberto International School, part of Nord Anglia Education, is seeking an enthusiastic Elementary Homeroom Teacher to join its bilingual Pre‑K to Grade 9 community in Monterrey. You will deliver the full curriculum in English, fostering a love of learning across Language Arts, Math, Science, Art and Social Studies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and implement age‑appropriate instructional strategies for all core subjects.
• Organise learning resources and activities that enrich the teaching‑learning process.
• Evaluate, monitor and report student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Participate in the Professional Growth Plan to develop personally and professionally.
• Uphold the school’s mission, values and safeguarding policies, including child‑protection training.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of teaching experience in an elementary setting.
• BA in Education and/or valid teacher certification.
• Certification demonstrating expertise in elementary content areas (Language Arts, Math, Science, Health, Social Studies).
• Certification in elementary teaching strategies, classroom management and group control.
• Fluent English communication skills.
