Eloqua Email Operations & Communication Specialist

About the role

Arrow’s Marketing & Communications team is looking for an Eloqua Email Operations & Communication Specialist to design, execute and optimise email‑based customer experiences. You will work with global teams to turn ideas into engaging, compliant communications that support the company’s technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define end‑to‑end lifecycle communication strategy and governance standards across CX, Product, Marketing, Legal and IT.
• Build, optimise and own transactional, lifecycle and system‑triggered email programs within Eloqua and other CRM/ESP platforms.
• Manage dynamic segmentation, personalisation, complex trigger logic and deliverability while ensuring strict QA.
• Oversee content governance, web/SEO alignment, accessibility compliance and reusable email template design.
• Establish KPIs, lead A/B testing and use performance data to continuously improve customer journeys.

Required profile

• 6+ years in digital communications, email operations or customer experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Eloqua (required) and B2B technology or distribution environments.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working in Agile, cross‑functional teams.
