About the role

Kids&Us is looking for an enthusiastic English Teacher to deliver its unique, natural‑language‑acquisition method to young learners. You will create a lively, immersive environment where English feels as natural as a child’s mother tongue.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver classes using the Kids&Us curriculum and storytelling approach.
• Monitor each student’s progress, keep attendance and performance records, and report regularly to families.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom, resolve conflicts, and adapt lessons to diverse learning needs.
• Participate in team meetings, continuous training sessions, and school events.
• Conduct parent‑teacher meetings and collaborate with families to support children’s academic and emotional development.

Required profile

• Passion for early childhood education and natural language acquisition.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Flexibility to balance teaching with personal studies or other commitments.

Required skills

• Fluency in English (native or near‑native level).
• Experience or training in early‑childhood or ESL teaching methods.
• Classroom management and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Comfort with using prepared teaching materials and adapting them as needed.
