Entry-Level Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

Join a global technology services firm as a Young Professional Recruiter. You will support end‑to‑end talent acquisition for a variety of technical and non‑technical positions, gaining hands‑on experience while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting jobs to coordinating interviews.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms to build diverse pipelines.
• Screen applications and conduct initial calls to evaluate fit and interest.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to refine role requirements and search strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, organized and able to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
