Equipment Operator

About the role

The Equipment Operator ensures safe, efficient and reliable delivery of PSD services to customers. Working closely with field and maintenance crews, the operator prepares and operates equipment while continuously looking for ways to improve service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver PSD services safely, efficiently and on schedule.
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve service delivery.
• Assist field and maintenance crews in preparing equipment for operations.
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and completed on time.
• Participate in pre‑job and toolbox meetings with crew members.
• Maintain equipment in good, safe working order and report any problems or deviations.
• Prepare equipment for rig‑up and rig‑down periods.
• Operate equipment according to competency level and job requirements.
• Wear required PPE and follow HSE policies at all times.
• Maintain up‑to‑date safety training and certifications.
