Acerca del puesto

Garantizar la excelencia operacional y la continuidad del negocio, actuando como enlace efectivo entre la operación y el staff, y colaborando estrechamente con el Centralizador y el área de negocio.

Responsabilidades principales

Documentar, implementar, cumplir y mejorar continuamente procesos, lineamientos e indicadores.
Ofrecer soporte, formación y retroalimentación a los colaboradores involucrados en los procesos.
Monitorear y acompañar a las áreas de negocio en sitio para asegurar la adopción y cumplimiento de los procesos.
