Event Specialist – Corporate Events & Team Building

About the role

We are looking for an Event Specialist to lead the planning, coordination and execution of corporate events, internal communications and team‑building activities for inDriver in Mexico. You will bring fresh ideas, ensure cultural relevance and deliver memorable experiences that align with our business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute corporate events, summits, team‑building activities and celebrations within budget and timeline constraints.
• Manage projects from conception to completion, overseeing timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Source and manage vendors, suppliers and venues, ensuring quality, cost‑effectiveness and branding consistency.
• Coordinate ordering and distribution of merchandise, maintaining brand standards.
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, providing updates and incorporating feedback.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity when organizing events in diverse regions.
• Evaluate event success through attendee feedback and post‑event analysis, reporting recommendations to management.
• Handle daily event administration, documentation, client inquiries and support ongoing initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of event management experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong project‑management abilities with capacity to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with keen attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Cultural sensitivity and understanding of diverse customs.
• Adaptable and able to respond rapidly to changing circumstances.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
