Executive Administrative Assistant

About the role

Roku is looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support VP‑level engineering leaders across the United States and EMEA. The role partners with senior engineering executives to keep strategic initiatives on track by handling operational and administrative tasks in a fast‑paced, high‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for engineering VPs.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and supporting materials; attend virtual meetings to capture notes and track action items.
• Coordinate meetings and virtual events across global time zones, ensuring seamless logistics.
• Collaborate with other executive assistants and cross‑functional teams on company‑wide initiatives and communications.
• Assist with special projects, data analysis, and research related to engineering operations.
• Create purchase orders and manage vendor invoicing for engineering‑related services.
• Provide backup coverage for other administrative functions as needed.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting engineering or technical leadership.
• Proven ability to work independently with senior leaders in a US‑based environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities in a global setting.
