About the role
Higher Options is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to provide remote support to U.S.-based business leaders. This full‑time position is ideal for an organized professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments and enjoys managing calendars, communications, and projects across multiple time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across time zones.
- Organize inboxes, draft and send email communications.
- Coordinate projects, track timelines, and follow up on action items.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations.
- Arrange travel plans and logistics.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Assist with occasional personal administrative tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in executive assistance, administration, or similar support roles.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to take ownership.
- Reliable internet connection and availability during U.S. Central Standard Time business hours.
Required skills
- Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- Asana, Slack, Trello, and CRM platforms.
- Spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
What we offer
- Fully remote work arrangement.
- Full‑time schedule (40 hours per week).
- Monthly compensation between $1,200 and $1,400 USD.
- Paid time off that often includes Mexican holidays and vacation days, depending on the client.
