Executive Assistant – Strategic Partner to Senior Leadership

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to act as a strategic partner to senior leadership in a fast‑paced, global environment. The role goes beyond traditional calendar management, focusing on alignment, communication, and execution across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage complex executive calendars, aligning schedules with business priorities.
• Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, anticipating and resolving conflicts.
• Prioritize executive time based on urgency and impact.
• Serve as the main point of contact for interview scheduling and manage end‑to‑end interview processes (typically two rounds).
• Partner closely with recruitment teams to ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.
• Monitor hiring workflows, onboarding coordination, and maintain timely communication.
• Collaborate with global, remote teams, acting as a bridge between leadership and stakeholders to drive alignment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Proven experience supporting senior leadership in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong calendar management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and written/ verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
