Key responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen academic and operational performance across the school.
• Drive educational innovation aligned with global standards and competency‑based learning.
• Build high‑performing leadership teams and foster a culture of accountability, wellbeing, and excellence.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on growth strategy, positioning, and institutional development.
• Ensure outstanding experiences for students, parents, and staff.
• Oversee continuous improvement initiatives in academic, cultural, and operational areas.
• Support the evolution of bilingual and internationally aligned educational models.
• Develop strong relationships with families, faculty, and the broader educational community.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in K‑12 education.
• Strong strategic, organizational, and people‑leadership capabilities.
• Track record of leading change management and educational transformation projects.
• Deep understanding of modern learning methodologies, wellbeing, critical thinking, and competency‑based education.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High emotional intelligence, executive presence, and decisive decision‑making.
• Fluent English; Spanish proficiency highly valued.
