Expeditor - TTC

About the role

We are looking for an Expeditor – TTC to ensure that our manufacturing operations in Torreón have the right supplies and inventory at the right time. The role involves coordinating with vendors, tracking shipments, and supporting cost‑saving initiatives within a fast‑paced automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contact vendors, place orders, verify supplies and manage requisitions.
• Communicate expected delivery dates to internal users and follow up on late or pending deliveries.
• Verify received materials against documentation and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Process expedited deliveries, analyze shipments per supplier and negotiate order cancellations when needed.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and address supplier performance issues.
• Obtain quotes, support RMA processes and coordinate with Accounts Payable and Receiving for payment reconciliation.
• Comply with PKC Group’s Environment, Health, Safety and Energy policies and related legislation.

Required profile

• Administration or Engineering degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, materials, planning, logistics or purchasing, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain integrity.

Required skills

• ERP PLEX.
• Knowledge of gages, Go/No Go and fixtures.
