Facilities and Project Management Manager

About the role

The Facilities and Project Management Manager will lead the planning, execution, and oversight of industrial infrastructure, construction, expansion, relocation and capital investment projects across PKC North America operations. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and in full compliance with corporate, customer and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, lead and execute plant expansions, greenfield/brownfield projects, facility relocations, building renovations, utility installations and infrastructure upgrades.
• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and deliverables; present business cases and CAPEX requests to executive leadership.
• Manage annual CAPEX budgets and project portfolios, monitor expenditures and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate project execution across multiple manufacturing sites and partner with Plant Managers, Operations, Engineering, Finance, EHS, Supply Chain, HR and Maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, municipal, environmental, safety, construction and building regulations; obtain permits, licenses and inspections.
• Lead design, installation, upgrade and maintenance of facility infrastructure systems such as electrical distribution, compressed air, water and wastewater, and fire protection.
• Support business continuity and emergency preparedness planning for facilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing industrial infrastructure and capital projects.
• Strong ability to lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Solid financial acumen for CAPEX budgeting, forecasting and ROI analysis.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk mitigation strategies for construction and facility projects.
