About the role
Flex is seeking a Facilities Technician to support its manufacturing operations in Aguascalientes. The role focuses on maintaining electrical systems and ensuring equipment runs smoothly to keep production on track.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on assigned and unassigned equipment.
- Inspect mechanical and electrical parameters and report any deviations.
- Diagnose and resolve emergent failures quickly to avoid production downtime.
- Request and manage spare parts, tools, or services needed to restore or improve equipment condition.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety procedures.
Required profile
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
- Ability to use manual and power tools safely.
- Experience working at heights and performing hot work.
- Comfortable operating measurement equipment.
- Capable of working under pressure and collaborating in a team environment.
