Facility Project Manager

About the role

Join the WS&O Projects team and lead the planning and implementation of facilities projects that support the plant’s operation. You will work with a matrix of internal and external stakeholders to deliver new systems, technology upgrades, expansions and retrofits while ensuring compliance with LEGO standards and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse steering‑committee requirements, define project scope, objectives and deliverables, and produce feasibility studies and business cases following the LEGO Project Model.
• Develop action plans, set priorities, and standardise procedures, KPIs, reports and metrics for the department.
• Manage stakeholder communication and collaboration throughout each project phase, including contingency planning.
• Oversee contractors and suppliers, ensuring quality and safety in line with LEGO Construction Standards.
• Coordinate internal processes (EHS, security, governance, procurement, legal) and maintain comprehensive project documentation for handover.
• Establish temporary project organisations, secure resources (materials, budget, labour) and work with the Financial Controller on budget approval and control.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in construction or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of facility systems, equipment, and large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work in a matrix organisation and collaborate with global and local teams.
