Fashion Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Fashion Designer to join our studio in Mexico City. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on the complete design cycle for apparel, footwear and accessories, from trend research to final production specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts and seasonal collections based on market trends and brand identity.
• Create hand‑drawn and digital sketches, technical drawings and detailed design files.
• Select materials, colors, trims and finishes that meet quality and cost targets.
• Prepare documentation for the production team, including spec sheets and fit guidelines.
• Collaborate with product development, merchandising and marketing to ensure alignment with commercial goals.
• Review prototypes, provide feedback and support quality checks throughout the sampling process.

Required profile

• Strong background in fashion or product design with a solid portfolio.
• Ability to research trends, materials and consumer preferences and translate them into market‑ready designs.
• Excellent attention to detail, time‑management skills and ability to meet seasonal deadlines.
• Effective communication and presentation skills for internal stakeholders.
• Relevant education in Fashion Design, Industrial Design or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
