Field Sales Representative

About the role

The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts within an assigned territory. Acting as a trusted consultant, you will match customer needs with the company’s product portfolio and strive to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute regular sales visits to customers in the designated area.
• Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
• Identify new business opportunities and set individual targets for each customer.
• Provide product training sessions for customers and internal staff.
• Keep the customer database up‑to‑date in Salesforce.com, including segmentation and visit reports.
• Monitor market competition, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of company equipment such as car, mobile, laptop, and iPad.
• Comply with administrative deadlines for reports, action plans, and payment terms.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in optical retail, ophthalmology, or a related sales environment (desirable).
• Advanced sales skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Medium level of English (approximately 40%).
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
