Field Service Engineer – Data Center (Querétaro)

About the role

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to support enterprise servers and mission-critical data-center environments for a global client in Querétaro, Mexico. The role involves on-site hardware diagnostics, repairs, and collaboration with worldwide technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform break/fix diagnostics and repairs on enterprise servers.
• Replace hardware components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, power supplies, NICs, and CPUs.
• Execute BIOS and firmware upgrades.
• Analyze system logs and document incidents.
• Manage tickets in SLA-driven environments.
• Provide support for Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Collaborate with global technical teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Center Operations or Field Services.
• Hands-on experience with Dell, HPE, Lenovo, IBM, or Huawei servers.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise hardware, RAID, and virtualization.
• Conversational English.
• Willingness to work onsite in Querétaro, Mexico.
