Finance Controllership Lead – Mexico & Ecuador (8‑month project)

About the role

We are looking for a Controllership Finance Lead to drive finance readiness for the Day‑2 Go‑Live of our new ERP system across Mexico and Ecuador. This eight‑month, fixed‑term role will ensure a smooth transition, manage risks, and embed local statutory, tax and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance controllership readiness for Day‑2 Go‑Live, identifying required localizations or exceptions to the global template.
• Act as the single point of contact for finance‑related localization requests and route exceptions to the global design team.
• Coordinate with Mexico and Ecuador subject‑matter experts to validate the target state and capture statutory, tax and regulatory requirements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), actively participate in testing, and provide guidance during go‑live and Hypercare phases.
• Translate global deployment plans into localized roadmaps for Mexico and Ecuador, embedding all statutory obligations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance controllership and ERP deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican and Ecuadorian statutory, tax and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage localization requests.
• Excellent analytical skills to flag risks and ensure finance readiness.
