Finance Lecturer – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking experienced finance lecturers and economists to help shape the way artificial intelligence understands financial and economic reasoning. Your expertise will directly improve the quality and accuracy of next‑generation AI systems that handle valuation, risk, market behavior, and economic theory.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate finance‑related questions, explanations, and reasoning used in AI training datasets.
• Assess the accuracy and clarity of core financial concepts such as valuation, risk, capital markets, and economic theory.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to enhance AI‑generated financial reasoning.
• Identify common misconceptions and unclear explanations based on teaching experience.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing 10–40 hours per week.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching finance or economics at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of corporate finance, financial markets, or financial economics.
• Ability to critically evaluate written financial reasoning with precision and clarity.
• Self‑motivated and reliable when working independently.
• Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is a plus.

Required skills

• Comfortable reviewing and rating structured content at scale.
• Familiarity with AI systems or model evaluation workflows (nice to have).
