As a Finance Manager you will shape the financial foundation of new international operations, partnering with distribution and marketing teams to drive strategic decisions for film releases worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategic financial planning and analysis for international marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI and budget allocation across territories.
• Collaborate with territory leads and distribution teams to establish comprehensive budgets and forecasts for theatrical releases.
• Provide high‑judgment financial guidance to support critical business decisions and remove operational blockers.
• Own end‑to‑end financial reporting for assigned territories, delivering real‑time performance insights.
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and ROI analysis.
• Conduct variance analysis and deliver strategic recommendations based on market performance and competitive landscape.
• Design and implement scalable financial processes for theatrical operations and mentor local finance teams.
• Collaborate with global colleagues to standardize processes and align local strategies with worldwide financial objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Ability to provide strategic financial guidance and influence cross‑functional decisions.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on ROI evaluation and variance analysis.
• Experience working in a fast‑moving, global environment and coordinating across multiple time zones.
• Excellent communication skills to partner with distribution, marketing, and finance teams.
