Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead non‑transactional service delivery activities for the Shared Business Services (SBS) department in Mexico City (Polanco). Reporting to SBS leadership, the role drives transition programs, change management, process improvement and budget oversight while ensuring alignment with the overall SBS strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee non‑transactional SBS operations, including transition programs, change initiatives and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Lead regional transition programs to standardize, harmonize and optimize handoffs across teams.
• Monitor SLA performance throughout transitions to maintain service quality and operational continuity.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery teams on demand pipeline, capacity planning and service placement.
• Support acquisitions and divestitures by managing SBS‑related activities in the region.
• Prepare and manage the facility budget, track charges for SBS, IT and facility services, and partner with Accounts Receivable on service‑related billing.
• Design, document and maintain processes, SOPs, playbooks and governance repositories; identify automation and scalability opportunities.
• Develop programs to strengthen operational excellence, reduce waste, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance leadership, operations or business process management.
• 2+ years of people‑management experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Proven track record of leading change, transformation and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Preferred: MBA and/or CPA, experience in shared services or global business services environments.
