Finance Manager – Strategic Business Partner

About the role

As a Finance Manager you will act as a strategic partner, supporting the Finance Director and collaborating with commercial and marketing leaders to drive financial health and growth of L’Oréal’s luxury brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes, delivering clear analysis and insights.
• Partner with commercial and marketing teams to build business cases, assess profitability of new launches and optimise marketing spend.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of the P&L, manage costs and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Analyse sales trends, market dynamics and competitor performance to provide strategic financial recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial controlling and business partnering, preferably supporting commercial or marketing functions.
• Strategic thinker capable of translating numbers into actionable growth strategies.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
• High proficiency in English.
