Finance Senior Manager Controller (Mexico)

About the role

Coforge is looking for an experienced Finance Senior Manager Controller to lead the finance function for its Mexico operations. The role combines hands‑on financial controllership with strategic partnership, supporting ERP migration and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all finance and accounting activities for the Mexico entity, ensuring accurate financial records and statutory compliance.
• Manage month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing processes and prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management, and working‑capital monitoring.
• Analyze performance, profitability and cost drivers, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, and drive remediation of historical accounting issues.
• Support ERP transformation projects, particularly SAP‑related initiatives, and champion process automation.
• Partner with business leaders to influence commercial and operational decisions.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in multinational environments and ERP transformations.
• Strong background in financial controllership, reporting and compliance.
