Finance & Strategy Manager – Financial Modelling

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Finance & Strategy Manager to lead its business planning and financial modelling efforts. You will partner with product and regional heads to shape growth initiatives, optimise profitability, and provide data‑driven insights that influence strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic and financial planning processes, including monthly reviews, forecasts, and the annual budget.
• Build and maintain complex financial forecast models, conduct scenario analysis and ad‑hoc deep‑dive studies.
• Develop frameworks to analyse revenue and margins across countries, customer segments and product lines.
• Drive growth and profitability projects such as pricing strategy, margin improvement, and assessment of new features or markets.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or top‑tier strategy consulting.
• Strong quantitative background with proven financial modelling and data‑analysis capabilities.
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting standards.
• Degree in finance, economics or a related field from a top university.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
