Financial Analyst – FP&A

About the role

Kibo is looking for a Financial Analyst (or Senior Financial Analyst) to join its FP&A team. You will support core financial planning and analysis processes, including operating expense budgeting, cash‑flow forecasting, and global consolidations, while partnering with Commercial and R&D leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Drive OpEx budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and global financial consolidations.
• Partner with Commercial and R&D leaders to build functional budgets, evaluate spend efficiency and align operational targets.
• Maintain and enhance Excel‑based financial models, leveraging AI and automation tools to reduce cycle times.
• Collaborate with accounting during month‑end close to analyze results, identify performance drivers and explain variances.
• Prepare executive‑level KPI packages, trend analysis reports and quarterly compliance documentation.
• Support ongoing cash‑flow forecasting and perform ad‑hoc analyses for executive decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in SaaS or e‑commerce technology.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast‑growth environment.
