Financial Analyst – Manufacturing/Plant

About the role

The Manufacturing/Plant Financial Analyst provides operations management with detailed financial analysis of daily, weekly and monthly results. This role offers the chance to develop unique analytical skills, innovate, and gain global exposure within a leading automotive company.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver financial analysis of daily, weekly and monthly operating results to operating management.
• Perform capital project analysis and control.
• Develop forecast models and support budget development.
• Participate in convergence activities to improve and streamline processes.
• Produce team‑based performance reporting supporting the SIS initiative.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of labor experience.
• At least 18 months of core finance or accounting experience.
• Ability to budget, forecast, and report actual results through the monthly close process.
• Experience maintaining SOX compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
