About the role
The Financial Director will play a pivotal role in driving the organization’s financial health. This senior position is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining strict compliance with regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial statements and regular reports.
- Oversee the financial operations of the business and provide frequent financial updates.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies as well as external regulations.
- Oversee all payroll functions.
- Effectively maintain all financial records.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- CMA designation preferred.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
