Financial Services Representative

About the role

The Financial Services Representative (FSR) ensures accurate financial oversight for travel groups, managing the full lifecycle from registration through post‑trip reconciliation. Working closely with Program Leaders and internal finance teams, the FSR provides real‑time financial status updates and drives efficient processing of payments, refunds, and adjustments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proactive communication with assigned Program Leaders, delivering up‑to‑date financial status throughout the travel cycle.
• Partner with Account Managers to execute group and participant transactions, including price changes, refunds, write‑offs, and special discounts.
• Ensure compliance with protocols for school and traveler accounts, handling collections when necessary.
• Collaborate with Customer Support and Finance to guarantee timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions.
• Oversee accurate record‑keeping, reconciliations, and audit work streams for each assigned group.
• Achieve a post‑trip survey rating of 9/10 or higher from Program Leaders.
