About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI assistants that support finance teams. You will review AI‑generated answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets, and provide structured feedback to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses to finance‑related questions.
• Design and present complex, real‑world scenarios to test AI reasoning.
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, relevance, and performance.
• Document clear, actionable feedback for each model iteration.
• Collaborate with the AI development team to refine model behavior.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s, or PhD) preferred but not mandatory.
• Professional experience in financial analysis, modeling, or data‑driven decision making.
