FP&A Specialist – Finance Planning & Analysis

About the role

Bring IT is seeking an analytical FP&A Specialist to join its Finance team. The role supports financial planning, forecasting, modeling, reporting and business analytics across global operations, turning data into actionable insights for strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Maintain and update financial forecasting models and planning tools.
• Perform monthly performance analysis, including budget vs. actual and variance analysis.
• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, profitability and other key drivers.
• Identify financial trends, risks and opportunities for management.
• Prepare recurring management reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Conduct scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis and ad‑hoc financial analysis.
• Consolidate and analyze financial information across regions, business units and functions.
• Partner with finance and business leaders to collect, validate and analyze data.
• Support KPI development and ongoing performance tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis or corporate finance.
• Proven experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and variance analysis.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, PivotTables, scenario analysis).
• Power BI or similar business intelligence and data‑visualization tools.
• Financial modeling and data manipulation.
