Fractional COO – Fashion Business Strategist (90‑day project)

About the role

We are seeking a Fractional Chief Operating Officer who will act as a Fashion Business Strategist for an initial 90‑day engagement. The role will translate our creative vision into a robust operating system, supporting growth in Mexico, the USA and upcoming European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design the brand’s business model, pricing architecture and margin structure.
• Develop a 12‑month collection and drop calendar.
• Create a production and costing system aligned with slow‑fashion principles.
• Formulate sales and distribution plans for Mexico, the United States and European expansion.
• Define a wholesale strategy covering boutiques, showrooms and private clients.
• Prepare cash‑flow projections and a financial roadmap.
• Establish team structure and a 12‑month execution calendar.

Required profile

• Proven experience with premium, independent, slow‑fashion or luxury‑adjacent brands.
• Deep understanding of production, costing, margins, wholesale and operational planning.
• Ability to collaborate closely with a founder while protecting brand soul and positioning.
• Strategic, commercially intelligent and highly organized.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Open to a fractional, project‑based engagement.
