Franchise Business Developer – Mazatlán

About the role

DiDi is launching a new mobility business model in Mexico and needs a Franchise Business Developer to drive its expansion in Mazatlán. You will act as both a hunter, acquiring new franchise partners, and a farmer, helping them grow and operate efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, negotiate and close deals with high‑potential franchise partners such as SMEs, fleet owners, or entrepreneurs.
• Onboard new partners and guide them from start‑up to full‑scale operations.
• Manage the full partner lifecycle, including monthly performance reviews and ranking.
• Use dashboards and KPIs to identify performance gaps and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Spend the majority of time in the field building relationships and understanding local market dynamics.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development, Key Account Management or Sales.
• Background in corporate banking (SME), fleet/leasing management, or franchise development is preferred.
• Native Spanish speaker; basic English is a plus.
• Comfortable with extensive field work and city mobility.
