French Customer Service Representative – Live Chat (Cairo)

About the role

MICO WORLD is looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join its live‑streaming platform team in Cairo. You will interact with users through live chat, helping them navigate the platform, resolve account issues, and ensure a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally.
• Assist users with account‑related problems, navigation questions, and platform features.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Escalate complex cases to senior support staff and follow up on resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback.

Required profile

• Fluent French (B2–C1) and very good English.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, live‑chat support, call centre or a related field.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and rotating shifts.
