Frontline Recruiter – Full Lifecycle (US)

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a US Frontline Recruiter to lead full‑lifecycle recruitment for technical and skilled frontline positions such as fleet technicians and mechanics. You will partner with hiring managers, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to design and execute hiring plans while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment strategy meetings with hiring managers to define job requirements and create customized hiring plans.
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarks, and industry hiring trends to inform talent decisions.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor, guiding managers on inclusive interviewing, assessment tools, and candidate experience best practices.
• Align recruitment activities with workforce planning, talent acquisition initiatives, and business priorities.
• Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from requisition creation through offer acceptance, ensuring efficiency and transparency.
